- Anti-Spam Policy
Introduction
- At Ashesin Paradise, we prioritize the privacy and consent of our users. We ensure that our services are used exclusively for sending messages (including text messages and commercial emails) to individuals who have explicitly opted-in to receive them. We strictly prohibit the use of our system for sending unsolicited messages or spam. We do not buy or sell email or phone number lists and do not allow our users to do so.
- For email communications, we offer a confirmed opt-in feature to help reduce spam complaints. When a list is marked as "confirmed opt-in," our system sends a follow-up email to each subscriber, asking them to verify their consent to receive further communications. For text messages, we provide a “double opt-in” process to ensure subscribers' agreement. It is the client's responsibility to provide all legally required disclosures during the opt-in process.
- We require clients to reconfirm or stop using lists if they violate our anti-spam policies. Repeated violations may lead to termination of access to our system. If an industry or government body creates a list of addresses or numbers with changed status (like added to a “do not contact” list), Ashesin Paradise reserves the right to block messages to these addresses/numbers. However, ensuring compliance with such lists is the client’s responsibility.
Client Agreement
Clients agree to use our system only to send messages to individuals who have opted-in as required by law. Clients must provide the source of the email addresses or phone numbers, the opt-in method, and details surrounding the sign-up process. This includes information such as sign-up date and time, IP address, website, disclosures provided, and any other relevant details.
Clients certify they will not use rented, traded, or purchased lists, or any lists obtained by other than client-specific opt-in methods. The use of opt-out lists is prohibited. Ashesin Paradise reserves the right to review client lists and communications to ensure compliance with our policies. Clients must adhere to our policies and all applicable laws.

Opt-Out Mechanism
We offer an easy and effective opt-out mechanism for recipients of our messages. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time, and Ashesin Paradise ensures their prompt removal from our lists. Opt-out requests are processed automatically to comply with legal requirements and industry best practices. In addition to the automated process, we provide clear instructions and support to help recipients complete their opt-out requests without difficulty. Our opt-out process includes confirmation notifications to verify successful removal from future communications, ensuring that recipients are fully aware of their opt-out status.
Compliance and Legal Requirements
Ashesin Paradise enforces strict adherence to all relevant laws and regulations concerning electronic communications, including anti-spam and data protection laws. Clients must ensure their marketing practices comply with these laws, including obtaining necessary permissions and providing required disclosures. We conduct periodic reviews and provide guidance on digital marketing best practices. Our legal team is available to offer advice on regulatory changes and help clients navigate complex compliance issues. We reserve the right to take appropriate actions, including suspension or termination of services, for clients found in violation of our policies or legal requirements.
